It corresponds to the general outline of the project and is a tool for making initial decisions. We prepare it based on the information provided in the different meetings with clients. There we take into account, in addition to your requirements, the experience of the architect and the construction standards that must be followed.
It includes: schematic drawings to scale to indicate locations of the areas, identification of the spaces, operation and relationship between the environments, accesses and exterior works.
PRELIMINARY PROJECT:
It responds to the general idea of the project and its study. It is prepared by the FABIAN TOLOSA ARCHITECTS team based on the client’s needs, the approximate and probable investment amount and the current regulations to follow.
Includes: architectural plans to scale and perspectives for architectural and structural understanding. The plans for the execution of the work are not included.
ARCHITECTURAL PROJECT::.
It is prepared according to the agreements and approvals of the preliminary project by the client. It contains all the technically required information so that the construction can be executed correctly from an architectural and technical point of view. This phase includes: Architectural plans. (Location plan, general plans, roofs, facades and sections)
